Position Description:

Perform project technical lead and senior roles. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have proven track record of working with project manager to develop functional requirements. Functional specification, and technical design deliverables. Must speak English, work well within a small development team, adapt to existing programming standards, and develop new code as well as maintain/enhance existing applications.
